1. Acceptance of Agreement
By using the Rolling League mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration and Security

Each user may only have one account
You are responsible for your account security
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
3. Our Services
Rolling League helps tennis enthusiasts:
Post and respond to match invitations
Communicate via in-app chat
Record and view match results
Purchase optional seasonal membership
4. User Conduct
Prohibited behaviors include:
Illegal content/activities
Privacy violations
Abusive/obscene content
Spam and promotions
Interference and abuse
5. Matches and Chat
Provide accurate information
Notify if unable to attend
Meet at public courts
Use chat for match coordination
6. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks from participating in matches. You agree to release Rolling League from liability except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Seasonal Registration
Payment via Apple in-app purchase
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Intellectual Property
All content belongs to Rolling League or its licensors. You grant us license to use content you upload.
9. Privacy

10. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee matching or user information accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to USD 50 or your seasonal fees paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Rolling League against third-party claims arising from your use.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Major changes will be notified in-app or by email.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes must be submitted to courts in Orange County, California.
15. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be modified while remaining provisions stay effective.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
