身份核验完成后，我们会删除注册账号、账号与球员身份的绑定、登录会话、公开头像、未来出勤回复和缺席原因、私有计分卡、账号提交的导入记录、设备推送注册及个人通知回执。 After identity verification, we delete the registered account, its player-identity link, sign-in sessions, published avatar, future availability responses and absence reasons, private scorecards, account-submitted imports, device push registration and personal notification receipts.
官方比赛结果、官方历史出席事实和公开排名属于联赛记录，删除账号后仍会保留。备份与安全日志会按适用的保留周期清理。 Official match results, official historical attendance facts and public rankings remain as league records after account deletion. Backups and security logs are removed under their applicable retention schedules.

After receiving the request, support sends an ITT Assist-generated random confirmation phrase to the email bound to the account; reply with that phrase from the same mailbox. It is not a Google/Apple verification code, and you must never send us a third-party verification code or password. Once the email exactly matches the server-side account binding and the email challenge is completed, we perform deletion from our support system without requiring you to reinstall or open the app. Most verified requests are completed within 30 days. If law, a security investigation or a backup cycle requires longer, we will explain why.
